What I’ve learned
Businesses don’t lose customers at the ad. They lose them at the first ring.
Most clinics I meet don’t have a lead problem. Their ads work. The phone rings at 11:30 on a busy OPD morning, nobody’s free, and that patient books somewhere else. So I work on both ends: the trust that makes people call, and the system that makes sure someone answers.

I’ve been on both sides of the headset.
Before I built AI calling agents, I spent two years taking customer calls at Teleperformance. That’s where I learned what one missed or badly handled call costs a business.
Since 2023 I’ve run Vision Organiisation, where a 10+ person team and I build personal brands, run Meta and Google ads, and set up AI front desks for doctors and local businesses. I also co-founded SAF Lifestyle, an FMCG lifestyle brand.
